I have attended several of Vida's workshops and have come away from each of them with a treasure chest of new knowledge and excitement about my new skills. Each workshop has been fun and informative and Vida's enthusiasm and passion for food and health is infectious. I highly recommend them.

My friend Lynne told me about the raw chocolate workshop and the raw cheese workshop that she attended in the past couple of weeks. Her excitement aroused my interest and I told her to let me know when the next workshop would be held. It didn't take long and I received an email informing me of the Breakfast workshop. She phoned and signed us up for it. My! What an experience it was. I learned so much!!
Right now I have some raw granola dehydrating in my dehydrator and some almonds dehydrating at low heat in my oven. The food was delicious and I don't think I have ever felt so satiated for so long after a meal as after the raw breakfast workshop. I am looking forward to attending more workshops and learning more healthful tips.

“Raw Living Breakfast” which I attended at The Vitamin House on the 19th of February. In a word…delicious! I learnt how to made sprouted buckwheat granola, buckwheat/flax seed toast, strawberry/raspberry chia seed jam, almond mylk, almond butter, almond mylk elixir, and coconut yogurt. I really appreciated the wide variety of food in this workshop. I felt that I learned so much and will be incorporating these new items into my meal planning. I found Vida to be an exceptional facilitator, she is very good at what she does! All around, two thumbs up….I am looking forward to more workshops in the future. Thanks Vida!
